I was watching a few episodes of Say Yes to the Dress yesterday when I saw one of the women picking out her wedding gown to marry her LD fiancee. She was in Florida and I think he was in Wisconsin? They met online, fell in love and agreed to get married without ever having met in person. In fact, they decided not to meet face to face until their wedding day.
This might be one of the craziest things I have ever heard. I know it's possible to meet some one online, develop feelings and have a relationship, but I can't understand marrying a man that you're only meeting for the first time when you are getting married to him.
I met my SO on vacation so maybe my perspective is off - but what about the rest of you who maybe met online? Would you marry your SO's never having met them in real life?
