I want to go to Thailand or Hawaii, and I think my SO would feel the same! I guess it would depend on how much we can spend and where we're living when we do get married. That probably won't be for another 3-4 years though, so I like to fantasize about it now

Me and Gon haven't really talked about this, but we both love to travel all over the place and I know that whatever we decide on it will be awesome - as long as it's with him I'll go anywhere But I'd love some combination of relax/adventure time... I love to just lie on a beach and the like, but I get bored after a day or two, so a combination would be awesome

If I believe in signs, my tumblr is telling me that a WDW honeymoon (with a day or two in Harry Potter World, of course) is exactly what we need to do. We talked about it last night. I'm going to make the reservations at the end of the month. (Not right now because we just paid the deposit on the caterer, photographer, DJ, and cake...)

I think WDW is a great place for a honeymoon. I haven't been in ages but I can't wait to go back. Now you can get the bride and groom Mickey ears. I was jealous of everyone who had the bride/groom ears when I went.
Some where warm where there is a lovely sandy beach, turquoise water, palm trees....beautiful sunsets and just the two of us
I've never been on a honeymoon even though was married, so would love to go on a "honeymoon" even without getting married. A romantic relaxing holiday with the one I love.
Actually I am getting that (+ a few other people) and even the beach, no palm trees though, it might snow and the sea colour is far from turqoise

I wouldn't go there without getting the ears.

Gotta be honest: your ski hats are part of the reason I want to get the ears. You two look absolutely adorable in the pictures I have seen with them. (Granted, you two are always adorable together because you always look so happy!!)

I just saw a bride (on theknot forums I stalk) say that she's driving from New Hampshire to WDW for their honeymoon. That's probably a 3 day drive. Ummmmmmmm no thanks.

Can guarantee you, anywhere that nice is going to be LOADED with tourists. Probably fat and really pale.
I know a place not completely full of tourists. The Seychelles islands is really nice. Not many people know about it (my mum is from there and we've been back a number of times). It's fricken amazing... clear, calm water and smooth white sandy beaches. The people are beautiful, everyone is so laid back. The food/culture is very rich. The only catch is that its ridiculously expensive. I'd love to take my SO there to meet the rest of my family one day. Maybe we could go for our honeymoon.
Anywhere we can afford! :P. We haven't decided yet since we're not there yet... I'd like to go somewhere I've never been which is half the states so... We'll see! ...First thoughts that ran through my head when I saw the title of this thread, were from Boy Meets World when Cory and Topanga are planning theirs and Cory's all "Honeymooooo--ooon!"
My fiancé (I totally answer threads just to type this by the way - and then my browser automatically adds the little mark to fiancé so I look super fancy) and I have talked about Disneyworld for our honeymoon too! I got the idea from you lyonsgirl!
My family owns a home about 2 hours from WDW that I live in right now. It's about 10 minutes from the beach. So we could go to the beach for a few days before or after Disney too which would be nice. My parents have already suggested that for our honeymoon.
We are also thinking about a cruise. You can end up getting some pretty good deals! It would probably be cheaper than Disney. Haha.

Lol! Yup... I still call him "fiancé" rather than his real name. Although, I've also added "future-husband" or "groom-to-be" into the mix. PS Booked the reservations today!!!! WDW for our honeymoon it is! I'm stupid excited.
