lg cosmos won't turn on... :[

My cell phone won't turn on. It's not dead; I've charged it completely. I'm upset about it. It was already a bad day (my belly button piercing rejected so I had to take it out plus some school issues) and now I can't talk to my SO :[
What do I do?

I'm not sure pulling the battery would help since it won't turn on, but most phones have a reset button, yes? Like the old school kind you put a paperclip into. It's usually under the battery cover, so I've been told. Have you tried hitting that?

My sister and I have LG Cosmos phones. Yesterday her phone would turn on, but the screen has stopped working. So it buzzes like it has a message but she can't read it or anything. Her phone is about a year and a half old. From my experience they're just sucky phones :/ I had to get 4 replacements before I got a working one.

...This isn't helping, unless you're realizing you're not alone with the LG cosmos frustration. Can you take it to your provider store and see if they can service/trade for a refurb? If you're under contract they have to at least look at it I'd think...My advice on that, be prepared to wait like an hour or so. Those places are soooooooo slow...

Thank you guys for your advice.
I know it's a crappy phone but it was the free upgrade and I'm kinda cheap haha. My father ordered me a new battery so we're hoping that works. If not, my parents will get me another phone because I live very far from them so they want me to have one for emergencies.
It just sucks because I can't talk to my SO as much :/ I don't even have a house phone either so I'm kind of nervous!
