Sleeping together....

My SO and I do this almost every night I never wake up to him, because my dad turns the wifi off during the night to save elelectricity lol, but he nearly always wakes up to find me waiting for him, especially on the weekends. I absolutely love hearing him sleep, we've seen each other sleeping before, it was the sweetest thing, I swear

Um I'll admit I've not seen him sleep but he's seen me sleep millions of times. I'm an hour ahead during Daylight Savings Summer and then our timezones match up in Winter so we're pretty close. So far he's seen me pass out drunk in front of the camera, fall asleep cuddling my cat after work, curled up on the bed talking to him and then zoning out and he's said quite a few times 'let's talk and see which of us passes out first' and it's always me who gets the stupid forfeit -_- I hate him sometimes XD

That is adorable. When we are together, he always waits until I fall asleep. He always says I am the most beautiful when I am asleep, not because I am not talking, but because i dont looks stressed and just at peace. Gotta love it.

But there's something about falling asleep while talking to her that makes me very happy And the best part is waking up and seeing her first thing in the morning, saying good morning and sharing our dreams to each other.

Skype definitely makes this LDR very special

This used to be us! It's rare that we can manage to skype sleep this time and I really miss it.

This is such a nice idea - but with roommates it is kind of impractical - although I have fallen asleep during the middle of our skype chats before. My SO watched me sleep for maybe half an hour? Before he woke me up and told me to go take a nap… it can seem a bit creepy at first, but its actually kind of sweet. I can see the look in his eyes, and the way he kind of dotes on me in that way

I don't have a laptop and don't plan on sleeping in my kitchen where my desktop is, and I don't even have a normal cell phone (just a tracfone for emergencies) wish I could do this though, sounds so sweet.

Hmmm our time difference is a bit wack atm although my SO loves to take naps so when he does on the weekends I watch him and I love it so much! especially when I hear him snore (which is a common occurrence )

I think we did try to watch each other sleeping back in the start of our relationship but the internet kept on cutting out (biggest pet peeve now) :P

Aww, me and my SO don't do this so much; but we do go to bed at the same time together, even though there is an eight hour time difference (he completely turned his sleep upside down for me T-T) . I would love to do this though! I'm curious how he looks and sounds when he sleeps..

Lol my SO wouldn't do this over skype. or online. And with our time dif it kind of wouldn't work, by the time its midnight for me he's waking up. But I do love sleeping together in person. And I remember at my aunts house i felt so sleepy, and he just let me rest my head on his lap and let me close my eyes for a bit. And I love cuddling up to him. I think this one thing i miss most is sleeping together, just that whole closeness. I think if online though i'd feel creepy watching him sleep, lol since not in person i'd feel its kinda like spying or such... idk lol I get all embarrassed and think im weird when were on webcam and i just stare at him lol cause i do that sometimes, he just looks cute, then i realize i just been staring at him and feel silly. so not sure how i'd feel watching him sleep, but i do think its a cute idea.

I often watch my SO falling asleep and I love to listen to his peaceful breath and imagine I feel it on my skin Poorly, it's not possible the other way round because he is 6 hours ahead of me.

Happend to me a few times -by accident though. I felt asleep while we were on skype and woke up the next morning with the last words of my love on the screen. But poorly enough -as above- it isn't possible the other way round.

My girlfriend and I do this every night. We usually get bumped off of Skype in the middle of the night, but at least we get to fall asleep together. We're really lucky that we're in the same timezone. Skype sleepovers are awesome. :3

My SO and I thought this was a ridiculous idea until we tried it; and loved it! We do this almost every night now. Thankfully we manage only an hour time-difference, so it mostly works out. Sleepy "I love yous" in the morning is what makes it so great!

I suggest keeping your laptop plugged in overnight and figuring out some sort of low-lighting in your room so you can see the other person. Then set your computer's "sleep" mode to never and try it out!
