Just curious -- are there airport lockers you can rent to store your luggage in? That way I can go out and smoke, and when I go through security again, I won't have anything on me to check through except for smokes and a lighter.

Also, I've read a few posts on other sites where people have snuck a smoke in the airport bathrooms and did fine -- no one said anything. However, I'd be afraid of getting caught and thrown out of the airport!!!!

NOOOOOO!!! With all the terrorism threats, and drug smuggling, etc., there is nowhere you can leave your luggage unattended in an airport.

Yikes! Didn't think of that! I know bus stations use to have lockers you can pay for by the hour, guess airports don't do that! Thanks!

Have any of you had problems while carrying perfume in your checked suitcase??? I just bought a very nice Ralph Lauren Romance (3.4 oz/100 ml)

and I wouldn't like they trow it away! since it was a bit expensive

I know the limit, per liquid or gel, is 3 oz. Don't know if they'll forgive that extra .4 or not.
