That's what I am afraid of.. In some ways longer times, you can get used to it after a couple weeks for the given value of "used" That and the cost of all the flying..sigh... I am not complaining by any means though

I understand what you're trying to say. You cannot be afraid of getting used to the person you love - it's normal! How you manage to see every three weeks with 950 miles between you?

With his job, he can work anywhere he has high speed internet, plus we book in advance, he does frequent flier and the most expensive flight was 400 cuz he booked it 2 days before he came. Otherwise they average about 150-190 round trip

Only 4 days left for me!

My SO flies 900 miles to go to work every Monday, and 900 miles back home every Friday. Fortunately he earns a lot of points, we book well in advance (all flights are booked through February), and constantly rebook when the rates drop, earning credit towards new flights. Southwest is great like that, thank God. And they had a $44 sale a few weeks ago. He bought 10 flights and I changed my flights to go to NY and got lots of credit! Now we can fly to Florida in March for our next cruise!
Yes, it's just as hard for me when he leaves every Monday. I count the minutes until he's back. By Wednesday I am a mess....but come Thursday morning I am looking forward to seeing him again and know that I can do one more day! He needs to get his damn transfer NOW. THIS IS DRAGGING OUT TOO LONG!
