Nineteen days until he finally comes to my hometown....right in the middle of beer-drinking Wisconsin whooping it up with Oktoberfest. My town hosts one of the largest Oktoberfest celebrations in the Midwes (to give an idea, the normal population is less than 60,000, and wikipedia says up to 150,000 people attend opening weekend); it's also known for having the most saloons on one street. My quiet little Midwest town (usually) will be filled with literally thousands of staggering, partying, vomiting, ridiculously laughing, probably brawling people from all over. Both SO and I don't drink and I'm not even legally old enough....yeah, didn't really think this one through.
