                  Your not an idiot, I get anxiety sometimes as well. I have been taking some natural herb called passion flower and it has been helping me feel more calm. Maybe you should check it out. ^^

                          I might try that. He was so loving and happy to see me and I felt really guilty that I thought so badly on him.

                          Anyway, I will see him again 17 days from now for a total of four days! Then after that a week later for three days.
