What are you plans for your next trip?

Hopefully seeing him for New Years. It will be our first NYE eve together. There is so much up in the air right now, I may not not until a couple of days before. I already have the time off from work, just in case.

In July I will be visiting him in Tunisia to meet his family. I am super nervous because they only speak Arabic. But we plan to meet his family and see the Mediterranean Sea and travel around to see some old buildings.

I must say, an awesome thing about LDR's is traveling to places you've never been to before and reading about other people's travels is so cool! I might be leaving a week earlier now. I was planning on flying to Hamburg and meeting my s/o there, touring, then flying home from Trondheim but a round trip ticket is so much cheaper. Plus then he's not driving all the way from Trondheim to Hamburg all on his lonesome lol. And I mean, it's more time together :3 I don't think I can squeeze in much more time than that without going into some serious debt though unfortunately lol..

Hopefully, if all goes to plan, he will be here in early March.

The plan is for us to go to Crufts for hound day and best in show and meet up with a load of friends, this will entail a couple of nights in Birmingham.

I will be taking his whole visit off work and I plan to show him the absolute best my area has to offer, Dartmoor National Park, the stunning beaches around here, forests, castles and museums. And of course, lots of walking the dogs as it is because of them that we met!!

In March sometimes we have a break in the weather, I've been sunburned in March before so if the weather does warm up we will definitely go down to Cornwall and have a surf.

My friends are planning to have a huge get together when he comes so he can meet everyone and their partners, let him see that he has a network of friends here already.

My birthday is in March and it would be the best present ever to have him here for my bday. And of course there is March 14th.... Really want to celebrate that!!! ;-)

So far the only set plans we have are to go see the new Star Wars movie on Christmas Day. I'm hoping to be able to go on a date together. Dinner, a walk around downtown. That kind of thing. We've never been on a date before. Our last visit we barely got 10 minutes of time alone together. His mom was hovering.... And wouldn't let us go anywhere alone, even to a restaurant. Which was a bummer. So I'm hoping to fix that. I live 2 miles from downtown, and it is BEAUTIFUL down there at night when it snows. All of the Christmas lights and the snow covered side walks. It's beautiful. And I'm really hoping for the chance to show him. I'm also hoping to take him to the mall, because he has only ever been to one two or three times.

But we'll see. I don't have my license, so I would need someone to be willing to drive us. That's why the plans aren't official yet. If we go anywhere, it may just be close to home so we can take the bus. I'm still so excited for him to be here, even if we don't do anything but watch movies or something. Lol
