Trips taken : Him - 2 , me - 5 (and im going over there tomorrow!! for a month xD)

Miles/hours apart : just over 5,000 miles, 8 hour time difference

Average length of stay : shortest 1 month, longest 2 months.

When i put it like that it really isnt too bad. We tend to have a visit at least every 3 months. Probably gonna be less after this trip though. Not sure whether i'll see him till the summer after this trip although i may visit (or vice versa) at Easter for a couple of weeks. He's thinking about coming over here from May then i go back with him in the summer (around july) till september. Then a year more (approx) of LD till i get my visa xD Although that last year is gonna be a pain...i wont be able to see him that often at all : (

So far we've visited approx. every 2 months, staying between 4 and 12 days. He made 4 trips so far, I made 3 (but I'm making another one tomorrow, and the following 2). We're trying to shorten the time between visits, so for the next few months we'll see each other once a month. But that also means less time together, ie weekend visits only :-/

Number of Trips: hmmmm 9 trips? the first 4 were every second/third weekend (we both were in the states when we first got together but the rest have been 3-4 months apart (New Zealand-Chicago)

Amount of Trips Taken: If we don't include the one when we met (we met in person), I've been to England twice. He's been to Texas twice two four visits altogether for us. His next one is in 30 days!

Miles/Hours Apart: We're about 5,000 miles apart. We have a six hour time difference

Average Length of Stay: The first I visited him, I was there for 10 days. The second time, I was there for almost 4 months. He usually comes for a week, but he's going to be here for two weeks in January! I'm so excited.

I liked the idea of this post, and I took my time to calculate how many days we spent together: 123 in one year, since we are officially together! That's a lot, isnt'it? It's 1/3 of the time!!! Niceeeeee I can't complain about being in a LDR! Well, we also had 121 together when we were living in the same dorm in Utah! So... it's 244 days together since we met!!!

So... getting back to the topic:

we're 270 miles apart. its not as bad as others i guess, but still hard considering we were living together before all of this.

i spent only 3-4 days on my last trip- but going to be spending 12 days at ours over xmas. yay!!! and atleast this time he won't have to work fri / sat night.

Wow, you guys give me strength! I am very lucky, he's impulsive, so when he saw a fabulous deal on airfare he'd take it. This is the longest time we've been without seeing each other, 3.5 months. As well as barely speaking...gah
