I have an 8 years gap with my bf.
He's 8 years younger than me.
Yes some ppl around us at 1st didn't react too well.
But after pretty much a year of dating, ppl see that we are serious.
I must admit that even today it scares me sometimes a little bit.
But my bf says that in a few years, ppl won't even see the age gap anymore.
And if you are both adults and both love each other so much, it will work.
That being said, you still have to make sure you both want the same things.
You have to talk about your values, family, careers and what is your view on religion,marriage,living together and having kids.
Make sure both of you agree on all those things before you take it further (LDR or not).
