I'm 17 and my boyfriend is 23. I think it really just depends on the maturity level of both people. Personally, I'm mature for a 17 year old and I really don't like even having many friends that are my age because they're so immature and lack common sense. There's always the "age is just a number" quote, but like I said…it depends on maturity and also how ready/willing you are to be in a relationship.

First of all I have to say how amazing I find it that we seem so similar :P
My boyfriend is around 2,5 years older than me, he turned 20 in september and I'm turning 18 in february. I also think maturity level is what counts most, although there are boundaries of course. We are more or less on the same maturity level and we're not breaking any laws, so I think we're fine.Comment
