Sleeping together....

thatd be really cute to do, ive never tried it! my SO and i are 785 miles apart, 1 hour time difference.. but even though he works till 11 his time, he still wakes up at 5 his time to talk to me before i go to school, so we might as well try this (: <3

My fiance and I have 6 hours difference, and we both work at day time. When I sleep at 10 pm , it's 4 pm at his place, and when he sleeps about midnight, it's 6 am in the morning at my place.
Luckily I just got the chance to work at night time so when I work he's at work too. When I go back home from work (7 am) then it will be 1 am at his place. We will be able to sleep at the same time, wake up nearly at the same time (depends how long we sleep), and we might work at the same time too. It will be difficult for me to adjust the sleeping and working hours, but I'm happy that we can sleep at the same time.
Btw. I have to start at night shift on Monday. Wish me luck

i've never did that what with the 14 hour time zone deal, but once it was super late for me, and he was dead tired, in major need of nap. Haha, so we "slept" together, but there was no camming happening at the time. Still adorable though

My FaceTime connection on my Mac cuts out a lot, so it wouldn't last the night, plus he can't sleep with any kind of light at all (wears a sleepmask). They DO make earphones to sleep in, but no microphone:

Aww, me and Kenny tried this once with my iPhone and his iTouch but i lost connection so we gave up.

We once tried to sleep together, me taking a nap and him actually sleeping, but neither of us could fall asleep because we were too busy staring at each other.

Other than that, we were never able to do this because of the time difference, but it's a great idea for those who can manage it.

We did this once, during the day. We were both tired because I believe we stayed up really late the night before and got up somewhat early so it didnt LOOK like we were up really late x)
I remember falling asleep, trying to not think that i was being watched while sleeping...something i never did before. my brain was a buzzing and after an hour i think i finally fell asleep. Then while in the middle of it all, I heard him take a deep breath, and suddenly my body woke up. I turned around and saw him sitting at the computer smiling at me. I can't express in words what it felt like to open my eyes and the first thing I see is him. You know that feeling you get every now and then where it just feels RIGHT? This did. He said he tried calling my name a few times then gave up, haha. It probably was because I was thinking/dreaming about him. Sigh..I love him so much
I want to do it again now, haha. I never sleep during the day though, only at night. I'm weird.

I'd love to do this but unforunatly we only have a desktop in the office at my house and he's no laptob either
could do it by phone but it would cost a fortune
I really miss watching him sleeping...we are born again christians so until we're married we can't actaullt 'slep together'...but occasionally we used to sleep next to each other when we were in the Philippines together...ogh it was beautiful...i miss it!

My Kalen and I have slept on the phone together and on skype before. It's really nice to wake up to his voice but also to fall asleep hearing his breathing on the other side Its a nice alternative to actually sleeping together, the only sucky thing is when our phones lose signal or the internet cuts off after we are already asleep cuz then we aren't able to talk when we wake up. Its great when it works though!

Hello all I'm new here and glad to be here. =) Me and my SO try to do kinda the samething every night. We dont use skype to go to sleep (he has a desk top not near his bed =( ) but we go to sleep every night on the phone. I love falling asleep listening him breathe. It is the most relaxing sound ever. And on night when its not possible we both have a hard time falling or staying asleep. So those of you who cant use the webcam everynight try the phone. =)

I love falling asleep while we're chatting. It's just a nice feeling, knowing that he's still there as I'm drifting off to sleep, so that at any moment, if I need him, I can call his name and he's right there. I find it really relaxing and really comforting. We don't get to do it often, but it's nice the odd time we have.
