SO is younger??

My SO is 4 years older... we don't really feel it as we're both so similar. Only problem I have is he thinks I should be going out partying and such like he did at my age. But seeing as I could drink legally at the age of 18 in the UK I grew out of that phase 2 years ago? lol He always says I grew up a lot quicker then he did at my age.

I'm 16 and my SO is 15 (As of today actually) and the only time I ever feel the age difference is when people point it out. They're like, 'Oh, your boyfriend is younger than you.. That's.. Yeah..' And my parents find the age difference.. 'Wrong'.. They feel that the guy HAS to be older in the relationship, which in my opinion is a load of BULL****! Age shouldn't affect you.

My SO is 7 years older than me but usually he acts so childish that he could be 7 years younger. Our life situations are very different since I'm studying and he is working as a pilot and travelling around the world but we are both used to it. He finished his university some years ago, whereas I just started this autumn so sometimes he gets nostalgic thinking about his years as a student which makes me realize how much more he has experienced already. Otherwise I don't really think about the age difference that much, except when I want to drive him mad by calling him a grandpa.

My boy is a year younger than me which is a small age difference and most of the time I will suddenly realize that he is younger than me rather than older. He is so protective of me that I forget that I'm the older one. It's only a problem because I'm living on my own and he still has to listen to his parents' rules...

i dont get why some people have such an issue with age differance, for me ive always liked them older anyway heh, like i said Denise is only 6 years older then me and my dad had an issue with that before he met her he didnt say much but he rolled his eyes and made some sort of comment about her being older then me and i was like "your a few years older then mom is! whats the problem?" and he shut up after that. Age aint nothing but a number when it comes to love, i mean if your 13 and your bf is like 30 something then i understand why people would be bothered by that but if your over age theres nothing wrong with it at all!

Sometimes I notice the age difference when he says something like "All the great music has been made in the 80's, music nowadays is rubbish!" lol

People say some hurtful and horrible things. His ex asked him what it was like to have sex with his mother. Meh, I told him, to tell her, that I may have an old ass but at least I only had one, not two, like her and that she should put her fork down once or twice in a 24 hr period to leave some food for the rest of the world. So yea I get sensitive about that crap too. And she's not said anything about me since, but then it's tough to talk with your mouth so full. But anyway...

We didn't plan this.... We just started talking and fell in love. Neither of us thought this is going to work but we loved each other so much and we wanted to be together so we wanted to try it and we're so happy we did. ......we have a normal relationship... Well, as normal as it can be when being in a LDR!

Totally, meeting up onilne is a lucky dip. We started talking totally sight unseen and it went from there.

It's a bit like explaining people why you're in a LDR. Some get it, some don't. I just want people to be happy for me.

My SO is three years older than me (almost to the day - his birthday is June 22nd and mine is June 21st). On the day we started officially dating, he said, "There's something I have to tell you..." in a grave manner. When I asked him what it was, he replied, "I'm 28..." like he was afraid I might dump him for it. I told him right then and there that I didn't care. And, in fact, I already knew, since I had done my homework once I started developing a crush on him!

My guy is 5 1/2 years older than me and most of the time we don't feel the age difference but there are things that I do and things that I like to make him ask me how old I really am. He guesses 12 lol but I can't help that I love SpongeBob SquarePants and the whole Twilight phenomenon. And I also can't help that he's a senior citizen. (I'm 22 and he's 28 lol)

I'm 22 and my angel is 18. We both love video games, so I don't have a problem with him talking about them. XD Age doesn't equal maturity to me. I want to respect him and I don't want to start thinking of myself as somehow better than him or more competent in any situation, so I've always pushed thoughts of our age difference out of my head.

I'm one year and 6 months older than my SO, it's not much of a age difference at all really. My SO likes the fact that I'm older than her but I guess when I think about us we're the same age haha
