I was reading through old messages last night (I do that when I miss him and I'm alone/bored ^^;; ) and realized that the confession that he made months ago wasn't just that he realized that he really cared about me, but actually that he realized that he loved me. I love him today because not only have we been reunited for a week, these past six days have been some of the best I've known. He literally has pulled out all the stops for me, and today, on Galway Bay, I stood in the water, and he kissed me, and we just literally had the perfect day together. Beach, ice cream, drinking, kissing, romance, Ireland...he is just the love of my life. So, incredibly happy.

When I left for home yesterday after spending this past week together, he gave me this flannel jacket of his that I really love to take with me. I just happened to reach into the pocket tonight, and discovered a handwritten note from him saying "I and Love and You." It's a line from one of our favorite songs, by the Avett Brothers. We'd also just said our first "I love yous" a couple days ago, which makes it even sweeter. Those little random acts of affection have always meant so much to me, so it was a wonderful little surprise. I just can't get over how sweet and thoughtful he is...I love him so much
